Currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at USP/Esalq and a Professional Master’s degree in Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in Tropical Regions at ITV. Works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) since 2012, with extensive experience in contract and performance management. Since 2024, serves as an R&D Project Management Analyst, responsible for monitoring activities and deliverables of research projects, managing information and indicators, and implementing process improvements, developing innovative solutions to optimize management and strengthen team integration.
