The Audit Board must: examine the books and other documents related to the income and expenses of the Association, as well as all its accounting documents; present annually to the General Assembly a written opinion on the financial accounts and accounting reports of the Association for the previous year; attend the meetings of the other bodies of the Association when summoned to provide clarification on matters within its scope and, mainly, their opinions.

The performance of the Members shall be guided by equity, transparency, independence, and confidentiality.

The Association does not remunerate, in any way, the positions of its Audit Board, whose functions are entirely free of charge.
