Rafael Valadares

Rafael Valadares is an Agricultural Engineer from the Federal University of Viçosa (2007), he has a Masters in Agricultural Microbiology (2010), and a Doctorate in Soil and Plant Nutrition (2014) from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture, University of São Paulo, National University of Colombia (UNAL) and University of Turin (UNITO). He carried out researche in the study of microbial, genomic and functional proteomic diversity, especially focused on interactions between plants and microorganisms. He has experience in molecular biology, especially in the application of transcriptional and proteomic techniques applied to environmental studies.

He is currently an Adjunct Researcher of the research line "Environmental Genomics", assigned to ITV Sustainable Development.
