Bruno Victorasso is the administrative manager of ITV DS, where he has worked since 2017. With more than two decades of experience at Vale, he has developed a solid career in the areas of supplies, project management, and administration, working in operational and institutional units in the Belém and Carajás regions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Ruy Barbosa and two MBAs from Getulio Vargas Foundation, in the areas of Project Management and International Business and Foreign Trade. He completed his executive training with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Program (GRC) at the Dom Cabral Foundation.

Bruno has expertise in administrative management, national and international procurement, service contracting, project coordination, and the implementation of corporate governance processes, always with a focus on efficiency, innovation and sustainability.

Graduated in Business Administration, with a postgraduate degree in Administrative Contract Management from Estácio de Sá. Since 2024, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the contract management area.

Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), with experience in operating highly complex equipment. Since 2016, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale – Sustainable Development (ITV DS) in the laboratory management team, being responsible for operating electronic microscopes and providing technical support for activities, contributing to organization, standardization of procedures, and continuous process improvement.

Graduated in Chemistry, with a Master’s degree from the Federal University of Pará. Has experience in Chemistry, Biotechnological Processes, Microbiology, Molecular Biology Techniques, and Plant Cultivation. Since 2016, works at Vale Institute of Technology (ITV) providing specialized technical support for scientific research, focusing on standardization, safety, and efficiency of experimental laboratory processes. Responsible for X-ray 3D tomography analyses, user training and onboarding for safe laboratory access, drafting and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs), producing technical content on critical risks in laboratory environments, and supporting safety routines, quality, and good laboratory practices.

Graduated in Economics from Unama, with an MBA in Auditing and Financial Controllership from Faculdade Estratego. Since 2015, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV), initially in management of contracts and supplies. Since 2021, has been responsible for facilities management, service and strategic project management focused on operational efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement of physical facilities.

Graduated in Network and Systems Administration, with a specialization in Computational Security (2013). Holds several courses and certifications focused on networks, high-performance computing (HPC), and DevOps, working in an integrated manner across infrastructure, automation, and computational performance. Works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) as an information technology analyst, contributing to research and sustainability initiatives through configuration, management, and optimization of supercomputers and cloud environments. Responsible for supporting technical and scientific teams in achieving faster, more accurate, and efficient results, ensuring robust operation of the institute’s HPC environments.

Graduated in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). Since 2014, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV), having worked in information technology and research groups in Meteorology and Climate Change, Environmental Technology, and Data Science. Since 2023, returned to the IT department, where works in high-performance computing (HPC), being responsible for managing applications, backups, and IT contracts, bridging the gap between the Institute’s research and technology demands.

Graduated in Library Science, specialist in Planning and Public Management of Cultural Heritage, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Science at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). Worked at the CeAmazon library in 2022 and, since 2023, has been working in the Academic Secretariat of the Professional Master’s Program, being responsible for organizing and updating program documents, administrative support, and monitoring the process from admission to defense, as well as assisting in the preparation of Capes reports.

Graduated in Accounting Sciences. Since 2015, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the financial area, being responsible for asset management, including donations, leases, sales, disposals, write-offs, and capitalizations, as well as accounts payable, economic management of Opex and Capex, cash management, and interface with tax and legal areas.

Graduated in Business Administration, with an MBA in Business Management and a professional Master’s degree in Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in Tropical Regions from Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV). Since 2011, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the people management area and, since 2021, has been responsible for governance, risk management processes, and as a VPS specialist – Vale Management Model.

Graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) and currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management and Agile Methodologies at PUC-PR. Works in the infrastructure area with a focus on administrative management, covering contracts, budget control, and strategic indicator analysis. Has solid experience using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as fluency in English and intermediate knowledge of Spanish.

Certified as a Chemical Technician by ETAAM – Institute of Advanced Technological Education of the Amazon, with experience in Environmental Genomics. Works at Vale Institute of Technology (ITV) as a laboratory technician, responsible for sample preparation, laboratory organization, and equipment operation, including sequencers.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, with an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Foreign Trade, and additional training in Production Engineering. Since 2016, has worked at Vale Institute of Technology (ITV) in the supply area, being responsible for the entire acquisition and contracting chain in national and international markets, as well as planning and executing logistics for equipment and inputs related to research.

Graduated in Production Engineering and Business Administration from UniCesumar, with postgraduate studies in Environmental Management and Occupational Safety Engineering. Has worked in prevention since 2008 and, since 2020, has been part of Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV), being responsible for integrated processes in health, occupational safety, and the environment, conducting preventive actions and managing environmental licensing to ensure compliance and sustainability.

Occupational Safety Technician and currently studying Computer Engineering. Worked at SESMT of GV Clínicas in 2018 and, since 2025, is part of Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) area.

Graduated in Business Administration, with a specialization in Corporate Financial Management. Since 2025, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the area of supply and fiscal receipt, being responsible for simplified purchasing processes, due diligence, planning and logistics execution, as well as invoice registration and control.

Graduated in Agronomic Engineering, with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in Tropical Regions. Since 2024, is part of the laboratory management team at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV), working on platform operation and sequencing control, as well as providing technical support for laboratory activities, contributing to organization, standardization, and continuous improvement of laboratory processes.

Professional with over 15 years of experience in information technology, with expertise in planning, operations, and team leadership. Since 2013, works at Vale Institute of Technology (ITV), where leads the IT department, being responsible for governance, strategy, data, projects, technological innovation, information security, and contract management. Currently serves as ITV’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Graduated in Business Administration. Since 2025, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the infrastructure area, focusing on maintenance and operations, being responsible for managing equipment maintenance, as well as facilities and building infrastructure for the unit, supporting the continuous and efficient operation of essential services.

Josiane Martins is the R&D Project Manager and Institutional Relations at ITV DS, where she has worked since 2016. A geologist with a master’s degree in Geochemistry from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a degree in Geological Engineering from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP), she has extensive experience in the mining sector, having worked for mining companies, consultancies, and environmental agencies.

Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to managing research and development projects, articulating institutional partnerships, managing laboratories, and developing technologies applied to sustainable mining. Her work also includes coordinating R&D portfolios, organizing thematic forums, and implementing quality and environmental management systems, such as ISO 17025 and ISO 14001.

Josiane has expertise in geochemistry, mineralogy, data analysis, and laboratory techniques, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and the integration of science and industry.

Worked between 2023 and October 2025 as an intern in project management and institutional relations at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV). Since December 2025, joined the team as an administrative assistant, supporting technical and economic management of projects and monitoring indicators. Has an interest in data analysis, modeling, and technologies applied to process optimization.

Graduated in Accounting Sciences, with an MBA in Auditing, Controllership, and Accounting Expertise from the Brazilian Institute of Postgraduate and Extension (IBPEX). Since 2011, works at Vale Institute of Technology (ITV) in administrative, financial, accounting, and tax areas. Since 2019, has been working in project management, being responsible for monitoring R&D project budgets, formalizing projects under Partnership Agreements involving Scientific, Technological, and Innovation Institutions (ICTs) and universities, as well as managing the financial aspects of partnerships.

Graduated in Biology, with a Master’s and Ph.D. in Botany. Works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale – Sustainable Development (ITV DS) in innovation management, supporting the planning, implementation, and improvement of processes related to the institute’s innovation ecosystem, in continuous interface with Vale’s technical areas. Acts as the focal point for intellectual property, conducting analyses, patentability studies, and evaluations on the potential for invention protection.

Graduated in Trilingual Executive Secretariat, with an MBA in Business Management from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). Currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at USP/Esalq and a Professional Master’s degree in Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in Tropical Regions at ITV. Works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) since 2012, with extensive experience in contract and performance management. Since 2024, serves as an R&D Project Management Analyst, responsible for monitoring activities and deliverables of research projects, managing information and indicators, and implementing process improvements, developing innovative solutions to optimize management and strengthen team integration.

Graduated in Library Science from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), with a specialization in Public Library Management from Faculdade Unyleya. Has eight years of experience in the library field, working in the management of school and university libraries, document policies, and information services, as well as participating in projects aimed at innovation and collection organization. Currently holds the position of administrative analyst, being responsible for activities related to administrative processes and providing support for operational demands in the area.

Graduated in Business Administration from UFPA, with a specialization in Marketing and an MBA in Financial Management and Cost Analysis. Has over 20 years of experience in administrative, financial, auditing, and contract areas, in national and multinational companies. At Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV), works with processes related to scholarship management, as well as providing support for accounting processes, partnerships, and financial and economic aspects specific to the area.

Graduated in Biology, with a Master’s degree in Genetics, Biodiversity and Conservation, and a Ph.D. in Animal Diversity (Zoology). Since 2024, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the area of project management and institutional relations, including the role of PMO for the Brazilian Biodiversity Genomics Project (GBB), in partnership with the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio).
