Graduated in Business Administration, with an MBA in Business Management and a professional Master’s degree in Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in Tropical Regions from Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV). Since 2011, works at Instituto Tecnológico Vale (ITV) in the people management area and, since 2021, has been responsible for governance, risk management processes, and as a VPS specialist – Vale Management Model.
