Project Management and Institutional Relations Manager

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP (2002). Obtained a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP in 2006 and a specialization in Electrical Systems from the Federal University of Itajubá in 2008. Holds a PhD in Innovation Management from the Doctoral Program in Science and Technology Policy at IG-UNICAMP. Worked from 2003 to 2010 as an engineer at CPFL – Companhia Paulista de Força e Luz in Campinas, SP, developing activities related to the management of R&D programs, technical-economic monitoring of R&D programs, strategic and regulatory monitoring of the R&D and innovation process. From 2011 to 2025, worked in Vale’s Technology and Innovation Management Department, developing projects and partnerships on decarbonization topics at Vale SA. Currently serves as Project and Institutional Relations Manager at Vale Institute of Technology Mining.
