Wilson da Rocha Nascimento Junior

He holds a major in Geography from the Federal University of Pará (2006), a Master's Degree in Geology from the Federal University of Pará (2011), and a doctorate in Geology from Federal University of Pará (2016). Has technical training in Geodesy and Cartography (qualification in Geoprocessing) at the Federal Institute of Pará. He works in the areas of Geodesy (Topographic Survey), Cartography, Remote Sensing, and Coastal Geomorphology, with experience in the mapping of coastal environments. In his last works, he has been developing methodologies for the mapping and detection of changes in mangrove areas in the Amazon coastal zone.


He is currently an Assistant Researcher of the research line "Environmental Technology", located in ITV Sustainable Development.
