Eleir Mundim Bortoleto

Elier has a major in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Mechatronics and Mechanical Systems from the University of São Paulo (2007), a Master's Degree (2010) and a Doctorate (2015) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of São Paulo, both in the area of Project and Manufacturing. He has experience in the area of Mechanical Engineering, technological and scientific research and projects, working on the following topics: Numerical and Computational Simulation, Finite Element Method, Molecular Dynamics, Tribology, Materials Modeling, Interfacial Phenomena Modeling, Multiscale Modeling, Thermal Treatments, New Materials Development, Residual Voltages, Phase Transformation, and Engineering Software Development. He is a researcher at the Vale Institute of Technology (ITV/Mining), where he is part of the Tribology in Mining and Logistics Group.
